Gradekeeper and Dropbox
After installing Dropbox on your computers, any classes in a synced folder in the Dropbox folder on your home or school computer will be copied to your Dropbox and downloaded to the other computer automatically. This makes it very easy to work with your classes at home and at school.
If you are using the Gradekeeper iPad, iPhone, or Android app and have connected to your Dropbox, there will be an Apps folder in your Dropbox, with a Gradekeeper folder. Save any classes you want synced to your device into the Gradekeeper folder. Do not create your own folder or classes will not be synced to your device.
If you are not using the Gradekeeper iPad, iPhone, or Android apps, create a folder inside the Dropbox folder on one of your computers. Once you enable selective sync for this folder on your other computer, the folder will appear in the Dropbox folder on that computer as well.
Now, click the icon on the right in your system tray (Windows) or on the right side of your menu bar (Mac OS). Click the gear icon to open the preferences window. Choose the advanced tab, and click the Selective Sync button:
Copy your classes into this folder. Dropbox
will copy them to any other computers that are synced to this folder.
You can open and save classes in this folder directly from
Gradekeeper. Changed classes will be copied to other computers synced
to this folder automatically.
