Before you pay for Gradekeeper you should download a copy and try it for 30 days. If you decide to continue using it, you are expected to pay for it. When you pay, you will receive a registration code that will eliminate the reminder to pay. This registration code allows you to use future versions at no additional cost.
A single license is $20 and allows you to use Gradekeeper. A school license is $100 and allows every teacher at your school to use Gradekeeper. A district license is $500 and allows every teacher in your district to use Gradekeeper. All licenses allow you to use Gradekeeper on both Windows and Mac OS X, both at school and at home.
If you already have a license, or if your school or district already has a license, you do not need to pay again when you download or install a new copy or version of Gradekeeper. Simply visit the download page and click the link for the installer (Windows or Mac OS X) you need.
The easiest way to pay for Gradekeeper is online. You can visit the registration web page, pay using your credit card, and receive your registration code in a few minutes. The registration web page is on a secure server to protect your credit card number and your personal information.
You will receive your registration code by e-mail after completing the registration process.
To pay with a school purchase order, choose a school license or district license. Complete the online order form and choose the purchase order payment method. You will be given an order number and directions for faxing or mailing your school purchase order to Register Now.
Purchase orders must be made payable to Register Now, and payment terms must be payable upon receipt. Do not make checks or purchase orders payable to Gradekeeper. You must include the order number on your purchase order. Please follow these directions carefully to avoid delays in processing your purchase order.
There is an additional $10.00 processing charge for all purchase orders. You will receive your registration code by e-mail when Register Now receives your payment.
To pay with a check or money order, choose a single license, school license or district license. Complete the online order form and choose the check/money order payment method. You will be given an order number and directions for mailing your check or money order to Register Now.
Checks and money orders must be made payable to Register Now. Do not make checks or money orders payable to Gradekeeper. You must include the order number on your check or money order. Please follow these directions carefully to avoid delays in processing your payment.
There is an additional $2.50 processing charge for all checks and money orders. You will receive your registration code by e-mail when Register Now receives your payment.
